  • The following rates are for 1 or 2 adults.

$20.00 per night for each additional adult.

Local fire regulations dictate that 4 people is the maximum allowed per room.

  • Pets are a one time $10.00 charge per room for the length of your stay. We can not accept all pets so please call prior to your stay for more information.

Check-In Time: 2:00PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00AM

Rates given are for reservations ONLY.
Each day of a holiday weekend is billed at the Saturday rate.

All room rates are subject to 7% RI Sales Tax plus 6% RI Hotel / Motel Tax.

At the Manager's discretion we may charge your credit card for the first night room plus tax. We will always inform you before doing this. You can still reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date and your payment will be refunded to the same card used. You may also choose a different method of payment when you arrive and any original charge will be refunded.
